SARFU Community Notes

Career development, assessments and second careers

These notes started inside a sporting community, where the hardest question was never about the game. It was about what comes after. Players, coaches and volunteers all eventually face the same transition into ordinary working life, and most of them face it with no preparation at all.

So we write about the practical side of careers. Job applications, hiring tests, interviews and the strange rituals employers use to decide who gets in. Everything here is written in plain language for people who would rather be on a field than in an assessment centre.
